In today’s article, I want to share with you a revelation that I got from the book of Job 42:10-12.
Remembered the story of Job? How he was extremely rich but just in a twinkling of an eye, Job became poor, things became tough and it was as if the whole earth was placed upon the shoulders of Job. Everything fell apart in his life?
But regardless of the tough times, Job proved that tough times never last but tough people do. It’s not what happens to you that counts but your interpretation and activity therefrom.
Job chose to become a different man by having a different mindset; proving that your mindset begets your month pay. You either react to an activity or you respond to it. Life is a function of your choices. The choice you make determines your lot in life.
However, my latest discovery proved that it was selflessness and love that delivered Job from the clutches of death and restored to him more than he had before his affliction. The discovery? Read the book of Job 42:10-12, you will see that Job was restored when he prayed for his friends, relations and others regardless of his afflictions. Thus, it is what you do unto others that determines your lot from others.
They came to console him, while he was still in his season of intercessory prayers, but they ended up contributing towards his advancement!
Hear me: The same people that have been afflicting and cajoling you, as you pray for others in your ministry of intercession, they shall come and contribute towards your advancement in Jesus name!
